🚀Thimba Media acquires Seven Star Digital

Thimba Media has acquired Seven Star Digital, adding another UK-focused affiliate to its portfolio as it doubles down on growth in the UK iGaming market.

With this move, Thimba expects the UK to account for 20% of its total revenue in 2022. The deal includes well-known sites like TopRatedCasinos.co.uk, Compare.bet, and GamblingDeals.com.

CEO Chris Russell said the acquisition builds on their 2021 UK expansion and gives them a stronger foothold in a market known for solid growth and stable regulation. He added, “We see big potential in combining our resources with Seven Star’s talented team.”

The deal was cash-based and settled at a revenue multiple, with Seven Star continuing to operate independently from London.
