Investoo Group Appoints General Counsel as the Business Progresses with Expansion Plan

Investoo Group is happy to announce the appointment of James McCarthy as General Counsel to provide strategic and risk-sensitive legal advice.

James will play an integral role in formalising internal governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

In his former role as Senior Counsel at the helm of the legal team at Aztec Group, James consulted on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Throughout August, Investoo Group announced two further strategic key hires. James Beale joined as Chief Finance Officer, and Jamie Beadle was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer. All hires will play key roles in expanding and diversifying the company’s diverse global portfolio.
