An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager to join our well-backed digital investment venture, Ki. This position is based in Aldgate, London, within walking distance from Liverpool St and Aldgate stations.

As Administration Manager your duties will include:

  • Achieving and reporting on company KPIs, whilst managing and maintaining individual KPIs
  • Producing accurate accounts, statistical returns and financial reports
  • Forecast budget information and produce annual budgets
  • Create strategies to ensure teams are meeting deadlines and targets
  • Creating and analysing reports to identify and implement procedural improvements
  • Holding weekly meetings with all Team Leaders to provide guidance and drive to the department
  • Identifying areas to improve efficiency and implementing changes to achieve the forecast result
  • Resolving all customer service escalations
  • Completing and documenting regular 1:1’s with staff and providing ongoing feedback
  • Promoting staff professional development throughout the department
  • Managing and reporting upon the departments timekeeping and sickness record as well as performance
  • Managing the office and providing ad-hoc assistance to the company director wherever required

An ideal Administration Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Must have recent experience of working in a similar position
  • You will be able to demonstrate how you have implemented / improved procedures to ensure key objectives have been achieved
  • You will be comfortable with decision making, reporting directly to senior management
  • Applicants should be willing to learn and step outside of their comfort zone
  • Strong IT skills are essential
